Advanced Permaculture Principles course
David Holmgren

Friday 13th-Sunday 15th May 2005 in PermaLot, Bouzov Svojanov, Czech Republic

DETAILED PROGRAMME

In this two-day interactive workshop, David Holmgren, co-originator of the Permaculture concept (with Bill Mollison in 1970's) provides a condensed insight into permaculture as a set of design principles for reshaping how we manage land, our lives and our livelihoods in a world of energy descent.

Using a combination of free flowing lectures, visual presentations, structured group discussions and observation exercises, David Holmgren breathes life into the design principles which link the diversity of permaculture solutions.

For those wanting to expand and redesign their permaculture toolkit for new conditions and challenges, this course provides an update on the ongoing evolution of the permaculture principles and their applications.

For those new to permaculture but involved in sustainability concepts and strategies, this course provides condensed access to fundamental understandings necessary to fully comprehend permaculture strategies and priorities.
